Two Greenfield residents were arrested at their home on Sunday, after sheriff’s deputies found them in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies pulled over Alberto Escamilla, 43, at 2:48 p.m. and learned he was on felony probation, according to the sheriff’s office.

They transported him to his home for a probation search. A number of other people were at the home, located at 119 Ninth St., several of whom were also on felony probation. Deputies searched the residence and found methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a digital scale, sheriff’s officials said. Escamilla and his roommate, Barbara Soliz, 26, were arrested and transported to Monterey County Jail.
