Winnebago County Deputy Sheriff Frank Pobjecky has been cleared by a grand jury after shooting 4 Robbery Suspects one of which died. Deputy Pobjecky was off duty and Marie’s Pizza Parlor when he borrowed the owner’s gun and shot the 4 suspected robbers.
