Two men and a woman were arrested Monday morning during a traffic stop in Castroville, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office. Watsonville residents Marisol Serrano, 24; Fernando Carranza, 23; and Florencio Jeronimo, 26, were arrested shortly after 11:30 a.m. after their white Ford Explorer was pulled over for vehicle code violations at Merritt at Pajaro streets, sheriff’s officials said. The three were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and burglary tools, according to the sheriff’s office.
