* Teen Shot in Park in Oceanview, Allegedly Refuses to Talk to Police

A teen was shot in San Francisco’s Oceanview neighborhood on Thursday evening but refused to cooperate with police investigating the case. The shooting was reported at about 5:05 p.m. at a park near the Minnie and Lovie Ward Recreational Center in the 600 block of Capitol Avenue, police said.
The 19-year-old man was at the park when he was shot in the knee by a suspect, according to police. The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injuries. Investigators responded to try to find out more information about the shooting, but the victim was uncooperative, refusing to talk about it, police said.
