* Man Found Shot in Leg and Arm in East Palo Alto

A 23-year-old man was found with apparent gunshot wounds to his leg and arm last Sunday in East Palo Alto, police said. Officers responding to a report of shots fired at 9:42 p.m. found the victim on the sidewalk in the 1400 block of Woodland Avenue, according to police. Medical and fire personnel arrived to treat the victim. He was taken to a hospital, where he was treated and released, police said.
