* Phi Pham of Hayward wanted for alleged attempted murder at an In-N-Out Burger on Union Landing Boulevard

Police are searching for a Hayward man suspected of attempted murder after a shooting in Union City early this morning left one victim in critical condition. Phi Pham, 20, of Hayward, has been identified as the suspect in the shooting at an In-N-Out Burger on Union Landing Boulevard at around 12:30 a.m.Pham, who police said is a known “West Side Hayward” gang member, allegedly shot someone in the chest at the restaurant with what was described as a large-frame revolver. He is described as an Asian man weighing about 140 pounds and is 5 feet 7 inches tall with brown eyes and black hair, according to police records.
