A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a cold case homicide of a father and his baby, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department said today. Richard Noguera, 33, was arrested around 11:30 a.m. today in South Sacramento in connection with the September 2007 shooting deaths of Sean Aquitania and his infant son, Sean, Jr., according to Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jason Ramos.
