The San Jose Police Department’s Robbery Unit is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who shot a store patron while committing an armed robbery. On 9/30/2011, San Jose Police Officers responded to the Rancho Market located in the 500 block of N. 17th Street on a report of an armed robbery. Upon their arrival, officers contacted the store clerk and a patron. Officers determined that the patron had been shot.
