Sacramento sheriff’s deputies arrested Donald Ortez-Lucero in Oakland this morning in connection with a 2007 cold case homicide of a father and his 7 month old baby in Sacramento.

    Looking at the list of crimes on the right hand side, the wast majority seem to be Latino. How big a part of the population do they represent and how large a part of the crimes are they committing? And, out of those, how many are illegals?
