* Santa Cruz woman awoke to find a burglar standing inside her bedroom Iphone missing

A Santa Cruz woman awoke to find a burglar standing inside her bedroom early Saturday morning, according to police. The woman called police around 4:30 a.m. Saturday to report that she had been woken up by a man standing in her bedroom in her home on the 100 block of Canfield Street.

The woman yelled at the man, who fled. After he left, however, she discovered that her iPhone was missing, and had to leave her home in order to call 911. A search of the area using police dogs did not locate the suspect.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male adult approximately 25-30 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150-170 pounds with very short black
hair, wearing a dark shirt and jeans.
