* Man Robbed And Kidnapped In Oceanview Neighborhood

A man was briefly kidnapped and robbed in San Francisco’s Oceanview neighborhood early Wednesday morning, police said. Officers responded to a report of a robbery at 2:33 a.m. in the 200 block of Lobos Street. They arrived to find a 23-year-old victim who said he was walking home from work when he walked by a van with three people inside, according to police. One of the suspects pulled out a knife and ordered the man to get inside the van, police said.
The man, fearing for his safety, got in the van and was driven around by the suspects, who demanded money from him and punched him in the face several times, according to police. After handing over his wallet and an undisclosed amount of cash, the victim was dropped off at Capitol Avenue and Minerva Street, a block away from where he was forced into the van, police said.
The suspects fled in the van, a 2007 blue Ford Windstar with tinted windows, and had not been found as of Wednesday afternoon. The suspects were described as a black man in his early 20s who is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 250 pounds, a black man who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds, and a third black man.
All three were wearing a black beanie, gray shirt and dark pants, police said. The victim suffered bruises to his face but declined transport to a hospital.
