Sarafina French Shot and Killed Caught on Camera, Police Need to Identify Shooter

The New York Police Department is asking for the publics help in identifying the shooter in this video. The video shows a group of people walking by the Bed-Stuy Supermarket on Weirfield St. in Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York. The shooter appears on camera talking to the group and then opens fire on them. 23 year old Sarafina French was shot in the back and later died at Woodhull Hospital. A 13-year-old boy was shot in the arm and a 21-year-old man was shot in the back. They were both taken to Brookdale University Hospital with non life threatening injuries.
