* Alphonzo McInnis arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a home in Brentwood

A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a home in Brentwood Wednesday morning, police said. Around 11:30 a.m. a Brentwood police detective saw a suspect, later identified as Alphonzo McInnis, enter the side yard of a home.
It was known that McInnis did not live at this home, police said. As officers attempted to catch McInnis he fled on foot. Officers established a perimeter in the area and McInnis was taken into custody without incident.
