A bullet grazed a teen’s head as he drove through an intersection in San Francisco’s Bayview District on Saturday afternoon, police said. The shooting was reported at about 2:20 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Ingalls Street and Hudson Avenue.

The 19-year-old victim went to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injury, which was not considered life-threatening, according to police. No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting. The suspects are described as juvenile males, but additional information was not available because the victim was uncooperative with investigators, police said.
