* Microtel Motel Robbery Caught on Camera-Police Need to Identify Suspect-Warning Graphic and Disturbing

The Garland Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in this surveillance video. According to detectives, on August 15th, 2011, this suspect walked into the Microtel Motel on 1901 Pendleton. Once inside he allegedly jumped over the counter and beat the clerk before taking money from the cash drawer.The suspect is described as a white male with red curly hair, about 6 feet tall and weighing 230 to 240 pounds. He was wearing a green t-shirt and blue athletic shorts.
