* John Nelson allegedly exposed himself to a female Sausalito restaurant employee

An extremely intoxicated man who allegedly exposed himself to a female Sausalito restaurant employee on Thursday afternoon was arrested and booked into county jail, police said. Officers responded at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday to the 1200 block of Bridgeway, where the man allegedly exposed himself to a woman employed by Paradise Bay.

When officers located John Nelson, 47, of San Rafael, he appeared to be intoxicated to the point that he posed a safety hazard to himself and others, police said. Nelson was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and public intoxication. He was booked at Marin County Jail with bail set at $2,500, according to police.
