A shootout erupted between local police and drug cartel gunmen driving an armored pick up truck in Tepic, Mexico. The gun battle lasted more than 30 minutes and over one thousand rounds were fired. The battle lasted so long that police officers ran out of bullets and had to be re-supplied with more ammunition. The firefight finally ended with 4 cartel members killed and 2 police officers and one civilian wounded. The video is narrated in Spanish but is very easy to follow with English translation in sub-titles. Warning the video is intense.

Thats how bad the news is here, there all on the pad! 1st story says no hostages 3 dead this one 4 dead and I saw a pic of a hotage w a gun to his head and only 3 of 12 caught and they were fighting marines!!!!!! about 90% of country is on cartels side
