A major gun battle breaks out in the street when Mexican marines encounter drug cartel members in Boca del Río, Veracruz. The shootout happened in front of a restaurant where a child’s birthday party was being held. The furious gun battle involving machine guns and hand grenades can be heard on the video as terrified party goers throw themselves to the ground in panic.
