* San Jose Police Asking for the Public’s Help in Identifying an Indecent Exposure Suspect

The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in this photo. Detective Ashley Weger reports that on May 18, 2011, at about 10:40 AM, an indecent exposure occurred at The Bargain King Discount Store located at 1845 Story Rd. in San Jose. The victim went shopping with her mother at the store. At some point the victim went to the toy section by herself. It was at that time that the suspect approached the victim and allegedly exposed himself to her. The suspect then fled the scene and is still at large.

The suspect was described as Hispanic male, about 25 to 35 years old, approximately 5’5″ to 5’9″, approximately 150 to 180 lbs, with dark hair and a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jean pants, and a black hat with a red letter design.
