* Vincent Chavez Wanted by San Jose Police for Alleged Robbery

The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Vincent Chavez on a warrant charging him with Robbery. Detective Jason Tanner reports that on October 6th, 2010, 5 pm, a female victim was sitting inside of her car at the Walgreens parking lot on Landess and Morrill Avenues. While she was there Chavez approached her and allegedly pointed a gun at her head and ordered her out of the car. Apparently he was unfamiliar with the car and unable to start it, so he instead fled the vehicle allegedly taking the victim’s purse. Chavez is a known gang member and has a tattoo of a bird on his left hand.
