A Concord bank was robbed Wednesday morning, Concord police said. The suspect entered the First Bank and Trust at 2395 Willow Pass Road around 9:45 a.m. The man waited in line and then showed the teller a threatening note demanding money, police said.
No weapon was seen and he left the bank after receiving money from the teller. The suspect is described as a possibly white or Middle Eastern man around 50 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 200 pounds, police said. He was described as having dark hair balding on top with a dark goatee with graying hair and wearing a dark-colored suit, possibly with pinstripes. He was also wearing a white or gray shirt, a dark tie with stripes and sunglasses, police said.
