A serial slasher has allegedly been targeting teen girls at stores like Anne Taylor, Forever 21, Tysons Corner, Fair Oaks Mall, and Greenbriar Shopping Center. According to victims, he allegedly walks up behind them and begins stabbing them in their buttocks through their pants or shorts and then flees the scene. Officials explain he may be suffering from piquerism, which means he gets sexual gratification from stabbing or cutting
