* Mayra Alejandra Flores Arrested for Allegedly Trying to Kidnap 3 Year Old Child

On Monday, July 18, 2011, around 9:00 p.m., San Jose police were dispatched to a reported attempted kidnapping in the 1200 block of Park Avenue. The investigation revealed the suspect, identified as Mayra Alejandra Flores, 26, of San Jose, had attempted to lure a 3-year-old girl with candy as the toddler played outside her home. The toddler was in the company of her teenage sister, who became frightened and returned home with her 3-year-old sibling.
Flores, a stranger to the victim and victim’s family, followed the teenager and 3-year-old toddler to their home, where she forced her way into their residence. Once inside, Flores attempted to forcibly take the 3-year-old toddler from her mother’s arms.
The victim’s mother fought off Flores, who fled on foot prior to police arrival. Patrol officers investigating the case located Flores at Tillman and Martin avenues around 9:30 p.m. and arrested her.
Flores was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of attempted kidnapping and residential burglary, where she currently remains in custody on $200,000.00 bail. There were no injuries reported.

This is my foster daughter, these are her children who are in custody with their grandparents because she is homeless. This story is exaggerated and this picture is ridiculous. She went off the deep end after the county took her children. She is not a stranger, she is their mother of Jasmin and the other 4 that live there, The teenager is not her sister its her aunt
