US Marshals are looking for convicted murderer Victor Manuel Palomo. Palomo was on trial for the murder in Webb County, Texas when he walked out of the courtroom and failed to return after the time allotted for the break. He was found guilty of murder and sentenced to 99 years in prison. Palomo is 20 years old, about 5’7”, 160 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes.
