A 19-year-old Menlo Park woman suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting in East Palo Alto early this morning, police said. The teen was sitting in a car with a male and another female in the 2500 block of Annapolis Street when she was shot at about 2:10 a.m., acting Capt. Jeff Liu said. She was taken to Stanford Hospital, where she is being treated for her injuries. The car’s other occupants were not hurt. Liu said it is too early to tell whether the trio had been targeted and whether the shooting was gang related. Police were working this morning to identify the shooter.
