* Man Found Fatally Shot Late Monday Night on Webster Street

A man was found shot to death in San Francisco late Monday night, police said. Officers responded at 11:22 p.m. to a report of shots fired in the 500 block of Webster Street, several blocks from Alamo Square. They arrived to find a 20-year-old man who had been shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. The medical examiner’s office is withholding the victim’s name until his family has been notified of the death. No arrests have been made and no other details of the shooting were immediately available this morning, police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza said.
