* Jose Alfredo Flores Being Sought for Alleged Indecent Exposure

The Milpitas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Jose Alfredo Flores. According to Detective Max Nobida, on February 19, 2011, Flores was observed allegedly masturbating inside a store at the Great Mall of the Bay Area. According to the victim, she first saw Flores masturbating while standing behind an unsuspecting employee. A few minutes later, he was masturbating while standing behind the victim in another part of the store. During both incidents, Flores was holding folded linens in front of his crotch.
Police officers contacted Flores and he provided them with the aliases of Alex Gutierrez, Alex Gutierrez-Carbajal and Alfredo Juarez. He was then released at the scene. On June 21, 2011, we positively identified Flores and found that he had two prior convictions for sexual battery and one conviction for indecent exposure. According to the associated cases, Flores frequents the large dept. stores when committing his crimes. After completing his sentence in June 2010, he was deported to Mexico in July 2010.
