* Man Injured in Hunters Point Shooting Late Monday Night

A man was injured in a shooting in San Francisco’s Hunters Point neighborhood late Monday night, police said. The shooting was reported at about 11 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of Harbor Road. The 26-year-old victim was walking when he heard gunshots, then realized he had been shot in the left leg and buttocks, according to police. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not considered life-threatening. No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, police said.
