* Noe Torres Wanted for Murder of 10 Year Boy Carlos Perez

The Clovis Police Department and 9th Judicial District Attorney Office is currently seeking Noe Torres on a warrant charging him with the murder of a 10 year old boy. According to detectives, on September 15th, 2005, Noe Torres and Edward Salas allegedly shot 10 year old Carlos Perez nine times as he lay sleeping in his bed.
Salas was later convicted of the murder but escaped from jail and remains at large. Torres was never apprehended. Noe Torres is possibly in Tampico, Mexico, but has ties in Clovis, New Mexico, Lubbock and Amarillo, Texas as well as Albuquerque, New Mexico. Noe Torres has tattoos on his stomach, back, neck and chest. The most prominent tattoo is of an eagle across his chest.
