Knoxville police have released video of a recent officer-involved shooting. The video from the dash cameras show that suspect Guy Ronald McDowell abruptly stopped his car, got out, pointed and racked what turned out to be a pellet gun, at the police officers. Officers fired 40 rounds, striking Suspect McDowell with 13 of them.
