* Woman Robbed While Unloading Groceries From Car in Oakland

A woman was robbed as she was unloading groceries from her car, Oakland police said. The victim was unloading groceries in the 2200 block of 12th Avenue around 4:20 p.m. Friday, police said. She was robbed by an unspecified number of suspects described as black men, standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds. They were driving a silver 2000 BMW 3 Series with a license plate number beginning with “6C,” according to police. Residents in the area are being urged to stay alert.
