The Hays County Sheriff’s Office and the US Marshal’s Office are currently seeking John Everett Fitch III on a warrant charging him with indecency with a 12 year old child by sexual contact. According to Deputy Brandy Reuter, was last seen in court on June 14th 2011. He was convicted in court but later failed to appear in court. He now faces 2 to 10 years in prison when he is arrested. In 1997, he served 2 years in prison after being convicted of breaking the femur bone of a baby.

I am sad to see the ways our lives turn. I hung out with John and his brother Richard when we were all very young. We grew up around each other. If you ever read this Johnny,WHY? What happened to turn you into this?
