* Keith Hadnot Identified as Murder Victim in Union City

Police have identified a man who was fatally shot in a Union City parking lot on Tuesday evening as 34-year-old Keith Hadnot. Shortly after 5 p.m., officers were called to the 4200 block of  Venus Place, where they found Hadnot, a Union City resident, suffering from at least one gunshot wound, police said. Hadnot died at the scene.  A group of men was seen running away before police arrived, but no suspects had been arrested as of this morning, police said. The motive has not been determined.
