Kelly Clark Keating, 30, was arrested at 9 p.m. at the Rotten Robbie gas station, located at 55 E. About 20 minutes later, at about 1:30 p.m., the suspect returned and gave the teller a note stating that he had a gun and intended to rob the bank, he said. The robber fled before Santa Rosa police arrived.Keating is being held at the Sonoma County Jail on $100,000 bail. He has previously been arrested for narcotics and property crime violations and has spent time in prison, police said.
