* Six Arrested in Vallejo in Connection to May Murder of Keith Erick Osby Jr.

Vallejo police arrested six people from Fairfield Friday suspected of involvement in a murder in May, police said. Keith Erick Osby Jr. was found dead on May 13 in the parking lot of 101 Temple Way, near the Springbrook Masonic Temple in Vallejo. Police said Osby had been bound and shot in the head execution-style. Detectives arrested Damarcus Armstrong, 20, Frank Bigoski, 27, Janiel Miller, 40, Tina Odom, 20, Jennifer Whittington, 20, and Khalil Roberts, 31, on suspicion of kidnap, torture, and murder, according to police.
