San Jose police arrested Joseph Rick Beltran, 19, of San Jose, for the May 4th murder of Demetrius Eugene Campbell, 20, also of San Jose. Officers arrested Beltran at his residence, located in the 1200 block of Farringdon Drive in San Jose, on Wednesday, June 8, at 9:45 PM, without incident.
Beltran was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of homicide and was formally charged with homicide Friday, June 10. Beltran remains in custody at the Santa Clara County Jail without bail.
