Police are investigating new allegations against a Union City man suspected of continuously sexually abusing a child and believe there might be more victims, police said. Union City police took Raphael Mosqueda, 56, into custody on Wednesday while they investigate the allegations, police said.
Mosqueda was out of custody from the Fremont Hall of Justice on bail for an unrelated crime against a child, police said. The Union City Police Department is hoping to identify additional victims.
