Nicci Paige Rounsaville is allegedly caught on camera shoplifting and then fleeing with a child in her arms. Surveillance video at the Walmart at Arizona Avenue and the Loop 202 in Chandler, Arizona shows her as she has a child in her arms as she is shoplifting.
