New York City police have arrested Irving Sanchez for allegedly abusing a puppy dog while in an elevator on May 22, 2011. The surveillance video shows Sanchez allegedly repeatedly abusing the puppy “Max” in the Wagner public housing complex in East Harlem. This is not the first time cameras have caught dogs being abused in the elevators. Last year, three different incidents of dogs being abused in the elevators were caught on surveillance cameras in the Grant housing complex in Harlem.
Warning the Video is Disturbing and Not Suitable for Children.
