Police arrested two men Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of burglarizing a home in Redwood City last week. The burglary occurred Friday in the 3400 block of Hoover Street. A neighbor witnessed two men leaving the home and driving away, and provided investigators with a description of the car and partial license plate number, police said.

An officer spotted a vehicle that matched the description near Fifth Avenue and Spring Street at around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Officers pulled over the car and arrested Palo Alto resident Jose Munguia Godinez, 26, and Rafael Arceo, 20, of Sunnyvale, on suspicion of burglary, police said. Both men were booked into San Mateo County Jail on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy.
