The Palo Alto Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in these photos. Detective James Reifschneider reports that this suspect allegedly used a false name and a fraudulently issued Arizona driver’s license to commit fraud. He allegedly fraudulently opened several bank accounts using the names of two Bay Area apartment complexes and stole tens of thousands of dollars in rent checks. The true person from the drover’s license lives in Southern California does not resemble this suspect.
