* Korinna Outwater suspected of driving under the influence and possessing multiple false identification cards

Officers arrested a 19-year-old San Rafael woman suspected of driving under the influence and possessing multiple false identification cards in Marin County early Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. Korinna Outwater was arrested after CHP officers pulled over a green Pontiac Firebird that was weaving and straddling lanes on northbound U.S. Highway 101 near the Waldo Tunnel at about 1:30 a.m., officers said.

After officers conducted an investigation, Outwater was arrested and her car was towed.When Outwater was booked at the Marin County Jail, officers allegedly found three counterfeit Hawaii state identification cards in her name with different dates of birth, making her age range from 22 to 24 years old.Officers also allegedly found an expired California driver’s license and an expired Minnesota driver’s license belonging to women aged 21 and 22 years old with physical features similar to Outwater, according to the CHP.

The CHP will be conducting an investigation into the suspected fraudulent government documents and possible counterfeit identification cards.Outwater faces a one-year license suspension from the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles because of a “zero tolerance” policy for drivers under the age of 21 found driving under the influence.Penalties for the possession of false or counterfeit identification or another person’s identification card range from misdemeanor to felony charges, according to the CHP.
