Monore County, Wisconsin District Attorney Dan Cary cleared Tomah police officers for shooting and killing on April 22nd, 2011. He says the officers were justified in shooting and killing during a shootout after a traffic stop. Seth McCloskey was killed in the shootout and Tomah Police officer Josh Kenworthy was wounded. McClosky is suspected of at least 10 other shootings in Wisconsin and Illinois. Warning Video is Graphic.
