* Livingston Police Seeking Yeni Alajandra Cortez-Cervantes on Warrants Charging Her with Alleged Fraud

The Livingston Police Department and the San Jose Police Department are currently seeking Yeni Alajandra Cortez-Cervantes on warrants charging her with fraud.  Livingston Police Detective Silva reports that on March 25th 2010 she allegedly made a $1,500 down payment on a vehicle using false checks. The business did not know the checks were false until they attempted to deposit the checks and found the account does not exist. The vehicle had already been turned over to her. The vehicle is a green 1996 Honda Accord California license plate  3RMZ124.  Cervantes also has a confirmed felony warrant out of the San Jose police department for forgery.
