The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Mario Ortiz, Jr on a 5 million dollar warrant charging him with Sexual Assault. Detective Shelly Kepler reports that Ortiz allegedly molested a child. He has a tattoo of “Brandy” on his chest and may have fled to Mexico.
