Watsonville police today arrested a man after he allegedly got into a stolen Ford truck and drove away. Around 8:15 a.m., officers responded to a sighting of a stolen vehicle parked in the 800 block of Madison Street, according to police. Shortly thereafter, a man approached the Ford, climbed inside and drove away, according to police. Officers stopped the vehicle and arrested the man for possession of the stolen vehicle. The man, identified as Jose Molina, a 38-year-old Watsonville resident, was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. The Ford was returned to its owner.
