A Richmond teenager suspected of murdering a 16-year-old boy in 2010 has been arrested, according to the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office.Antonio Sanders was killed in a drive-by shooting near Fourth Street and Grove Avenue in North Richmond on the evening of Jan. 14, 2010.Richmond police arrested Jewel Bennett, 19, on Sunday and detectives from the sheriff’s office identified him as a suspect in Sanders’ murder. Detectives secured an arrest warrant for Bennett, who is facing charges of murder, attempted murder, and participation in a criminal street gang, sheriff’s officials said.Bennett is being held on $4.5 million bail at the Martinez Detention Facility.
