* Marcus Roby Wanted for Parole Violation

The California Department of Corrections is currently seeking Marcus Roby on a warrant charging him with Parole Violation. Agent Jeffrey Robles reports that Roby was released from prison on parole after being convicted of Possession of Cocaine for Sale, Assault with Force Causing Great Bodily Injury and Corporal Injury to a Spouse. Roby has a criminal history which includes Petty theft, Possession of Controlled Substance, Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License, Resisting a Peace Officer, False Identification to a Peace Officer, Vandalism, Possession of a Firearm and 1st Degree Burglary. He has been wanted by the California Dept. of Corrections and Rehabilitation since June 21, 2010.
