A man was stabbed and another was arrested after an argument turned physical in San Francisco’s Silver Terrace neighborhood early this morning, police said. The stabbing was reported at about 3:55 a.m. in the 1400 block of Rankin Street, according to police.Two men, ages 57 and 54, got into an argument, and at some point the 57-year-old man stabbed the other man with a box cutter then fled, police said.The 54-year-old man was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not life-threatening, according to police.The stabbing suspect, whose name was not immediately available, was found and taken into custody shortly afterward, police said.
