A teenage boy was arrested after allegedly waving an assault rifle in a street near San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood on Monday afternoon, police said. Police received a call at about 4 p.m. Monday from someone saying a person was waving a rifle at them near the intersection of San Jose Avenue and 30th Street, Officer H. Soulette said.
